Treat yourself to dinner inside a 300 year-old sugar mill
We caught up with the Marketing Manager of Montpelier Plantation and Beach, Kakia Michou, to find out why their dining experience is so unique. Here is what she had to say:
"Renowned for its fine cuisine, Montpelier Plantation & Beach offers contemporary Caribbean cuisine with Mediterranean and European influences. We place emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, such as line-caught fish, shellfish, mangoes, watermelon, papaya and organic herbs and vegetables from the gardens.
"Our three dining venues include Restaurant 750, for unsurpassed alfresco dining, Mill Privee, the 300 year-old sugar mill converted into the only restaurant of its kind in the world and Indigo, the poolside restaurant that is offering more casual island dining.
"My favourite dish is the grilled spiny lobster, sautéed garlic vegetables, herbs crust, butter, lemon sauce with our signature cocktail, Siven.
