Your 2018 in paradise
2018 looks set to be another incredible year in paradise. As well as weather you can rely on, food you can trust and hospitality second to none, this year St Kitts and Nevis will host events and festivals not to be missed.
March will see the 16th Annual Nevis to St. Kitts Cross Channel Swim where brave swimmers will take to the waters for a 2.5 mile race before relaxing on the beautiful shores of St. Kitts. The island’s infamous kite contest will take place at the end of March too which will kick start the Easter celebrations on the island at the start of April.
As we head into summer, the much-loved annual mango festival will take place between the 5th – 8th July. Well known celebrity chefs give master classes and you’ll be able to enjoy an array of dishes, soft drinks and cocktails all carefully and uniquely infused with mango.
In September, Nevis hosts a running festival where you can participate in 10K, half and full marathons and if that’s not enough sporting activity, the island’s triathlon takes place in November. After that, we’ll be in the home stretch towards Christmas celebrations, another New Year on the island and a well-deserved rest for all.
